Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for or using AllYouCanToken (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

AllYouCanToken provides access to large language model (LLM) APIs via a single unified API key. Access is tiered by subscription plan. The Service is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis.

3. User Responsibility for AI Usage

You are solely and fully responsible for all prompts, inputs, and instructions you submit to the AI models through the Service, and for any outputs, actions, decisions, or consequences that result from your use of those models.

AllYouCanToken does not review, moderate, or assume responsibility for the content of your prompts or the model's responses. By using the Service, you acknowledge that:

• You are the author and originator of all inputs submitted under your API key.
• Any real-world action taken based on AI-generated output is your sole responsibility. You should independently verify any AI-generated content before acting upon it.
• You will not use the Service to generate content that is illegal, harmful, abusive, defamatory, or that violates the rights of any third party.
• You will not use AI-generated outputs to deceive, defraud, impersonate, or harm any individual or organisation.
• You indemnify and hold harmless AllYouCanToken and its operators from any claim, loss, or liability arising from your use of the AI models or the outputs they produce.

4. Fair Use Policy

All plans are subject to a Fair Use Policy. “Fair use” means usage that is consistent with normal individual or team workloads and does not place disproportionate load on shared infrastructure. Examples of activity that violates the Fair Use Policy include but are not limited to:

• Automated high-volume request loops designed to saturate capacity.
• Reselling or redistributing API access to third parties without authorisation.
• Using the Service as a backend for a commercial product without prior agreement.
• Circumventing rate limits through credential rotation or multi-account abuse.
• Any usage that materially degrades service quality for other subscribers.

5. Suspension and Termination

AllYouCanToken reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any user account, with or without prior notice, at its sole discretion, for any of the following reasons:

• Suspected or confirmed abuse of the Fair Use Policy. We may suspend access immediately upon detection of anomalous usage patterns that indicate abuse, without issuing a prior warning. Suspension under this clause does not require proof of intent.
• Violation of any provision of these Terms of Service.
• Submission of false or misleading information during registration.
• Non-payment of subscription fees.
• Any usage that may expose AllYouCanToken to legal or regulatory liability.

Suspended accounts are not entitled to a refund for any unused portion of their current billing period, except where required by applicable law.

6. API Key Security

Your API key is personal and confidential. You are responsible for all usage that occurs under your key. Do not share your API key publicly or embed it in client-side code. If you believe your key has been compromised, contact support immediately. AllYouCanToken is not liable for unauthorised use of your API key.

7. Service Availability

AllYouCanToken makes reasonable efforts to maintain high availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, upstream model provider outages, and infrastructure events may cause temporary interruptions. No credit or refund is automatically due for downtime unless separately agreed in writing.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AllYouCanToken and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, including damages resulting from AI-generated outputs or actions taken in reliance on such outputs.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are published constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We will endeavour to notify registered users of material changes via email.
